Terms of Service
Overview
These Terms describe the expected use of GigFlow CRM by DJ companies, event teams, and workspace users. By creating or using a workspace, users agree to use the service responsibly and keep their account information accurate.
Product Access
Some accounts may receive promotional, trial, or complimentary access. Access may change according to the selected plan, account standing, and platform policies. Users should not rely on GigFlow CRM for legal, tax, accounting, or payment advice. Workspace data remains subject to the platform's privacy, retention, backup, and account-access rules.
Service Use
GigFlow CRM provides event business management tools for inquiries, CRM activity, event planning, proposals, contracts, invoices, timelines, and playlists. Each workspace is responsible for the content it enters and sends to clients.
Accounts and Billing
Workspace owners are responsible for maintaining accurate account, billing, and business information. Subscription access may be limited when a plan is canceled, past due, outside usage limits, or otherwise violates platform rules.
Operator Client Payments
When online invoice payments are enabled, payment processing may be handled through Stripe or a connected Stripe account. Workspace operators are responsible for their own client pricing, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, fees, and payout settings unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Client Documents
Proposals, contracts, invoices, and signatures are tools provided by the platform. Users are responsible for ensuring their document wording, pricing, legal terms, and business practices are appropriate for their jurisdiction.
Connected Services
Workspace owners may connect third-party services such as Google Calendar, Stripe, and SMTP email providers. By connecting a service, the workspace owner authorizes GigFlow CRM to use that connection only for the product workflow shown in the workspace, such as syncing GigFlow events to the selected calendar or sending client documents.
Acceptable Use
Do not use GigFlow CRM to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized content. Do not attempt to access another workspace or interfere with the service.
Cancellation and Retention
Subscription cancellation, restricted access, backup/export availability, retention windows, and deletion timing may depend on account standing, plan rules, and operational requirements. Platform tools support retention review and backup-before-purge workflows.
Availability and Liability
The service is provided with reasonable care but without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Users should keep their own records of critical client, event, contract, invoice, and payment information.
