Service Use
GigFlow CRM provides event business management tools for inquiries, CRM activity, event planning, proposals, contracts, invoices, timelines, and playlists. Each workspace is responsible for the content it enters and sends to clients.
Accounts and Billing
Workspace owners are responsible for maintaining accurate account, billing, and business information. Subscription access may be limited when a plan is canceled, past due, or outside usage limits.
Client Documents
Proposals, contracts, invoices, and signatures are tools provided by the platform. Users are responsible for ensuring their document wording, pricing, legal terms, and business practices are appropriate for their jurisdiction.
Acceptable Use
Do not use GigFlow CRM to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized content. Do not attempt to access another workspace or interfere with the service.
Availability and Liability
The service is provided with reasonable care but without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Liability should be reviewed and customized in final legal terms before public launch.
